- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Teller put my money in the wrong account. When my vacation was nearly ruined she called my phone and said corporate would get in touch with me and they would compensate me. Then there was extra money in my account just a few hours after she called, just like she said - now they are saying I’m liable for that money, and I woke up to my first day of vacation with my family back home to angry and rude voicemails and news that I won’t be having any money in my account anymore. Contacted 4 different representatives at different levels of management and they have all said Suntrust will do nothing, AND they will be charging me fees for having an account in the negative after they take the money out.By John Sifter, April 12, 2017
